Over the New Year, new legislation in Michigan became effective impacting both pharmacies and doctors statewide. Public Health Code 333.17754a states that we are only allowed to accept electronic prescriptions from a physician. This rule has impacted some offices as they work on replacing written, faxed and telephone orders with electronic. We are working on assisting any office that is having an issue with creating compounding electronic orders. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this and the delays that this has caused. We hope that soon there will be minimal issues with this system!
